About Eric Barrett

I'm currently the Vice President of Professional Development for Sibcy Cline. With approximately 1200 people across our organization I help build talent and capacity into real estate agents, corporate employees and executives.Every day I get to apply my entrepreneurial spirit to the practical needs and problems of people across the organization. As an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, I walk the line between science and useful practice. By doing this, we've introduced multiple company-wide training programs, on-boarding systems, performance reviews, and cultural initiatives.I love what I do (organizational psychology). And it bleeds into every aspect of my life. Whether that's giving back through volunteering, leading teams, raising my wonderful kids (Fun fact: Cheaper by the Dozen was written by an I/O Psychologist), or teaching psychology at Xavier University.Life is too short to not be passionate about what you do.
