Developed process improvements for quickly disseminating policy information to senior staff. Served as de facto Chief-of-Staff during the COVID-19 response and recovery effort from March 2020 to January 2021. Built a county-wide vaccination volunteer program that onboarded 3,000 volunteers in fewer than four weeks, staffed three mass vaccination sites, and served 500K residents in a period of intense crisis. Informed and organized daily briefings for the entire incident command structure. The site featured contemporary art without the cost of traditional inventory and fostered sales through online-only features and exhibitions that sustained relationships with new clients and artists. Increased revenue to $3.5M+/year and cut costs by 50% by instituting KPIs for sales and marketing to high-net-worth clientele. Created an annual report to determine trends in revenue sources and define key client and price points for the most profitable items. Data analysis enabled the targeting of top-tier clients.
