• Perform in depth research of accounting industry trends, emerging technology & software, and competition for use in validating new strategic initiatives• Analyze and document business processes, identify potential areas of improvement, prepare as-is and to-be process flow diagrams.• Develop research database of economic data and create data tables to analyze various market segments (i.e. service line, firm size, geographic region, etc.)• Maintain client financial accounts & records using QuickBooks Online Accounting Software.• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies of intercompany accounts for US subsidiaries of international clients.

• Process client elections and payments through the firm’s proprietary software systems, verifying all data is accurate to ensure client elections are processed correctly; at times during time critical situations.• Communicate with client service groups and custodians to ensure proper documentation is included with client elections and processed accurately.• Perform and reconcile various security and currency payment transactions to client accounts in a timely manner.• Research and process necessary transactions, reversals, and journal entries to resolve ledger breaks.• Responsible for ad-hoc functions such as documenting procedures, performing various systems testing, and data archiving.
