Story-sizing "poker" sessions, using a modified Fibonacci scale to help gauge our story points. 6-12 stories per sprint, with our velocity being gauged on how many points we accumulated for stories successfully implemented during said sprints. Acceptance testing automation was carried out with a variety of tools within the MSVS2015 development env (running on .net 4.6). Primarily: Specflow/Protractor, Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium Webdriver, and Silk for J. Introducing client BA's, SME's and stakeholders to standard best practices early in the requirement gathering phase (during Initiate phase) to ensure easier test execution and coverage assessments further down the development pipeline. Test planning, test case creation, requirement testing, and defect reporting/triage. Conducted story review sessions with QA team after the Product Owner selected which stories we'd be working on in each sprint.
