In 2008 then began work as a team lead on the Hartsfield Atlanta Peak Week efforts. On that project I lead a team of 12 that were responsible for flight attendance data collection. My diligent efforts resulted in the highest interview success rate across 3 years. That success provided Pioneer with the opportunity to take on a larger piece of the project the following year. The continued success in 2009 resulted in the company being selected as the primary project administrator with all other firms contracted through them.
