The prototype used the following Azure components and technologies: o Azure WebSites o Azure AD o Blob Storage o Azure SQL o Message Queue• Led a team of developers in building the Subscription Eligibility Management (SEM) system that provided new eligibility tracking services to Microsoft Online Assisted Support Portal and Incident Management System in preparation for the Windows 8 launch. SEM enabled new support scenarios which the Windows 8 launch required.• Responsible for design excellence and quality development on the “Certification V3” project (a major IT program behind Microsoft Learning - www.microsoft.com/learning) that was historically managed by vendors with little oversight from Microsoft engineers. Streamlined some of existing engineering processes and practices to ensure they adhered more closely to Microsoft IT SDLC.Drove quality upstream by pushing for clarity in business requirements, more complete and well-thought-out functional and technical designs and more stringent code review process.
