My Industrial Engineering education gives me a firm background in Operations Management and Manufacturing while my professional experience as a Project and Design Engineer becomes stronger with every job and new experience. I am a successful, proven problem solver and draftsman who specializes in solutions based in Engineering principles, industry standards, and teamwork. I am not afraid to ask "why?" and have shown that I can deliver my projects on time, on budget, and at a high quality of excellence individually or as a team player. My primary goal is to make the customer (and shareholders) happy every time.As a 1st generation Cuban-American and the son of an immigrant Entrepreneur, I understand the value of hard work and what it takes to reach your goals. That experience inspired me to apply for NASA's Astronaut program. Even though I did not make the cut, that did not stop me from continue to strive for success.To that end, I am a dedicated family man who is driven by their well-being. They are my motivation to put on my boots each morning and get at it in the trenches. On top of that, I am also an avid CrossFit enthusiast. Just like life, it can be hard, it can be grinding, and it can be mentally challenging.
