Operations Manager
CurrentLeads a team of 20 employees in an Army Brigade level Sustainment Operations Center (SOC), ensuring seamless daily operations and compliance with Army and company rules and procedures; Recommends approval on all internal and external customer support requests based on customer supply and lift support requirements; Directly responsible for the planning and execution of all operations of the Sustainment Operations Center; Ensures SOC personnel maintain secret security clearances; Request Government Incurred Overtime and Contractor Incurred Overtime approval; Accountable for SOC property valued at over $500,000; As hiring authority, conducted 50 job interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, competencies, alignment with company values, and candidate fit for job roles; Conducts mission analysis, orders production, and Brigade level command briefings; Develops and implements customer service training programs resulting in a 15% increase in positive customer satisfaction surveys; Fluent in the operation of all Brigade Command level Post Tactical Operations Center (TOC) operations, and Mission Command (MC) Systems; Provides Brigade Level Mission Command for Theater Support Sustainment Operations; Provides input to the 916th Sustainment Brigade on all supply sustainment operations and Rotational Training Unit mission support.
