For composites floorboards for CRJ700-900 A319, A320, and A321 and Composite wing panels for A319, A320, and A321: Prepare molds and forms. Mark and cut tape, woven material, honeycomb, adhesive and similar materials. Route, drill, trim, and sand parts. Operate vacuum press as required. Lay-up of composite materials to molds. Fit and smooth successive layers of materials to secure build-up free from wrinkles, air pockets and voids. Assemble Aircraft components using structural adhesives, rivets and threaded fasteners. Prepare surface and paint composite and metal components including bodywork, contour shaping and sanding. Prepare proper mixes of resins and catalysts. Maintain records as required. Use hand tools, such as rollers, paper cutters, scissors, x-acto knives, electric heat gun and fixtures such as molds and mandrels, scales and protractors and calipers.

For B737, B747 C130 KC135, G5, Cessna, and Lear: Overhaul Wheels and Brakes on aircraft: Read and Understand Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals (C.M.M.), Operating Procedures and Customer Spec. requirement, Demonstrate Knowledge and understanding of Process Paperwork and Parts Control, Understand and carry out (IAW C.M.M.). Tire removal and disassembly of aircraft Wheel, Cleaning of aircraft wheels and small parts, Paint stripping of aircraft wheels, Inspection of aircraft wheel small parts, Preassembly inspection and assembly of aircraft wheel hub, Fitting of aircraft tire, Disassembly of aircraft brake housings and heat stacks, Cleaning of aircraft brake small parts, Operation of shot blast machine, Painting of aircraft wheels, Pressure testing aircraft brake assemblies.
