• Led interagency colleagues in adopting improved budget reporting practices for $120 million in annual expenditures on police and judicial training programs.

• Co-designed print and internet materials to increase international access to Academy resources. Brochures circulated to over 30 international scientific organizations. In first half of 2005.
• Researched history and effect of agricultural research programs for 2006 report to USAID on science and technology in development.

• Developed instructional skills of 16 graduate students (most non-US) and taught calculus for five terms to classes of up to 25 students.

• Led nine-member multi-national group in training 24 Peace Corps teachers.
• Led 15 Peace Corps Volunteers in creation of teachers’ guide for mathematics curriculum. Distributed to more than half of the secondary schools in Malawi.
• Taught mathematics, English rhetoric, and literature to 190 students in grades 9-11.
