As a ServiceNow NextGen Skillbridge Program participant for Military Veterans, I gained valuable technical skills and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The program focused on developing proficiency in various areas of ServiceNow, including IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting within ServiceNow, application developing with Studio and App Engine Studio, and proactively using JavaScript and CSS in the ServiceNow platform.

In my time as a Security Forces Member, I have held the certifications as a Response Force Member, Response Force Leader, Restricted Area Entry Controller and Base Defense Operations Center Controller. I have been in 3 duty locations, Tinker AFB, Al Udeid AB and Shaw AFB. Most of my career I have held the duty position of a Base Defense Operations Center Controller, where I would lead 40+ individuals during a current duty day.During a duty day I would conduct alarms tests and monitor all alarmed facilities on the installation. Any type of emergency response that was dictated a police response I would coordinate with on and off base agencies to ensure whatever response is needed, the appropriate measures are taken.
