Being a Realtor gives me an opportunity to help people achieve their real estate needs and dreams. My roots are in Southern California so I understand my clients, and what they are looking for in a home. Since 2015 I have been a full time Realtor, living and working in the Oxnard and Ventura beach and marina communities. My knowledge of Ventura County beach and harbor cities (and Malibu) is extensive. In 2006 Silverstrand Beach in Oxnard became a second home for my family. Prior to that, Malibu was my family home for more than 20 years. A major area of expertise I provide is the Channel Island Harbor dock home communities. There are a lot of nuances to be aware of when buying or selling a home in these areas and I take pride in being well versed in all the finer points of Mello Roos, HOAs, development, seawall maintenance and more. I also value giving back to the community and those less fortunate.
