    I am truly greatful for the 32 year @Henkel filled with rich & diverse experiences and colored by many unforgetable colleagues all over the world. I took time to study at the University of Hasselt the program Consultancy in Groups and Organizations. It is a program of 15 months to learn how to support organizations in their search for suitable solutions to any possible questions. I learned how to focus on all elements that influence the process and improved my skillset as facilitator. We learned several techniques and methods and had the opportunity to do work in organizations te exercise. I had the opportunity to work for “Opgroeien” together with 4 other colleagues and we were able to deliver a concrete recommendation based on the input from employees. We have also been @ the Cleveland University for an exchange program with US students following a similar program and could exercise different techniques together.
