From troubleshooting PHP problems to setting the workload for team members in the Customer Success circle, it is my goal for the Customer Service team to level up every day.

I am responsible for all ownership tasks, including Editor-in-Chief and overseeing a team of Staff Writers and guest authors, as well as authoring several thousand blog posts myself. I am also responsible for all design, maintenance, email marketing, editorial planning, advertising, and late nights.

My responsibilities include – but certainly not limited to – customer relations, web design and maintenance, email marketing, social media AND graphic design.

Pressware (https://pressware.co) is a WordPress development and services company. My responsibilities include small web projects ranging from full builds to server migrations. I am also an active supporting role for various Pressware projects and forthcoming products.

Open Church (https://openchurch.com) is a library of free resources and directory of 5,500 causes curated to help Christians work together and share. I lead the team that makes Open Church possible, as well as research, strategy, and web development; and worked with 3rd party developers to improve plugins.

Live Theme was a premium WordPress theme for streaming video and live events. My responsibilities included minor Live Theme maintenance, web design, email marketing, social media, as well as sales and customer support. Everything needed to sell a premium WordPress theme, other than coding it myself.

8BIT was a WordPress theme shop – notably Standard Theme. I was responsible for all operating tasks for The 8BIT Network blogs, but also engaged in various roadmap planning for themes in development.

I produced all on-air content of the nationally syndicated “Jay Sekulow LIVE!” daily radio program – which aired on over 900 radio stations – and was the audio producer for "ACLJ this Week" television program. In addition, I managed all radio personnel.

Performed as Account Executive for numerous clients with a total annual billing of $200,000+. Produced daily radio programs, commercials and specials. Managed over 25 radio programs for the entire central region of the United States which consists of 400+ radio stations. Created faxes, inserts and forms used for marketing team. Wrote announcer scripts & maintained website updates and changes. Managed numerous production schedules, wrote announcer scripts and scheduled interviews for select programs. Engineered live-call in program.

Designed, maintained & updated radio network website. Performed as Editor and Graphic Designer for the network’s magazine. Manage all commercial & program related content which included writing, producing and hiring voice talent. Sold advertising & implemented marketing strategies for advertisers.
