What I believe in is using the best data we have, testing hypotheses, and learning from experience, while being honest about what we know and (especially!) about what we don’t know or aren’t sure of. Instead of claiming, “This is the right answer!” I’d rather say, “This approach looks promising (or unlikely) for you, and here’s why.” And as new data or insights emerge, I believe it’s only fair to update our understanding and be transparent about it. After all, what is considered to be true in health isn’t static—it evolves as new data emerges and as we learn more over time. Now, how did I get here? A few years back, I was living what I thought was a balanced life: working, spending time with family & friends, staying active, trying to eat right. Life felt pretty good—until it didn’t. Somewhere in my early 30s, I hit a wall. I was exhausted, low on energy, and feeling unmotivated. So, I did what most people would: I sought help, ran tests, but kept hearing: ‘everything’s fine.’ Except I felt, it wasn’t. But why didn’t anyone see? I decided to dig in myself. I started reading everything I could, diving into podcasts, tracking my own data, running my own lab tests. Bit by bit, I figured things out. Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, Mental Health and Emotional health. Slowly, I found my balance again. Looking back, I was fascinated by how much time, energy, and trial-and-error it took to get there. There was just so much noise out there—so many “quick fixes,” each claiming to be the one answer. I wondered: why does it have to be this hard? Why isn’t there an easier way to cut through all the noise and move to the signals right away? That’s why I started a360o. I want to create something that genuinely helps people find what works for them, without the confusion and dead ends. A trusted partner that’s transparent about what we know, what we don’t, and what’s possible. That respects the great achievements in medicine, science, tech, and those who provide great solutions in health. Making all those great things more accessible to everyone.
