I am a partner in Paul Hasting's Intellectual Property Practice Group.My practice focuses on patent litigation matters across the country in district courts, the United States International Trade Commission, Patent Trade and Appeals Board, and state courts. My experience covers a variety of litigations relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software, social networking, mobile devices, semiconductor, LCDs, and computer hardware. I also have litigation experience with respect to antitrust and trade secret matters.In addition to litigation matters, I provide strategic and commercial advice to leading multinational companies and have significant experience with IP and commercial due diligence investigations in the context of analyzing complex commercial and technical aspects of corporate transactions.I am also an adjunct professor at Berkeley Law School where I teach Antitrust and Innovation.
