Designed main customer facing website using Angular 12 with a .NET Core backend. Created a self-served move quoting site to increase inbound leads. Created a self-service user portal, using Azure B2C authentication, to manage move related claims and payments. Created and designed a customer inbound lead platform to allow more lead automation. Leveraged Azure Functions to scale smaller automations to keep costs down. Maintained internal truck routing platform running on .NET Framework. Developed .NET Core internal site to provide central location for various internal tools.

Developed an ASP.NET based portal from the ground up for student's to submit their assignments and track their progress throughout the course. It featured integrated unit testing for submissions and made use of Entity Framework with LINQ. Assisted with grading of tests and assignments which are graded on code quality metrics.

Designed an XML/C# based CMS for the main customer interaction portal. The system featured tiered access control along with a fully functional admin interface. Designed a web based AJAX enabled contact lookup interface which made use of SOAP/XML to communicate with Sharepoint. Produced training videos to go along with additions to internal software development.

Configured a Distributed File System share on Server 2008 between two physical locations. Developed a PHP based book cataloging system with an XML in memory database.

Designed and built a PHP/MySQL front end for a Help Desk VOIP call recording application. Integrated jwplayer, a Flash based mp3 player, to play back recorded calls from the site. Included on-the-fly audio transcoding along with an integrated open source call survey rating system.

Provided end user support for a customer base of 10,000+ clients. Remote desktop troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Office 2000/XP/2003/2007. Spyware, malware, and rootkit removal on both desktop's and server's.

Designed and maintained a multi-computer Active Directory network supporting roaming profiles. Managed user's with Active Directory Group Policies which reduced administrative overhead. Added a Drobo to the file server to backup user files.
