- Lead discovery / requirements gathering sessions and work alongside clients to understand their current processes and initial requirements in order to plan a transition from their legacy billing system to CIS Infinity- Implement business process improvements to reduce turn-around time on client conversion- Support business during their transition through business process analysis as well as functional and regression testing efforts- Create documentation of implemented work and train future technical consultants

- Assist in discovery sessions and work with new clients to identify client requirements, understand current business processes, services, rate structure in order to technically implement the configuration of the software and help transition from the legacy customer information system to CIS Infinity.- Support application consultants and project managers in implementing technical interfaces, rate structures and making project progress updates- Create documentation of implemented work and train future technical consultants

- Responsible for control of CIS production environment and management of incidents or issues reported by the business- Responsible for the integrity and administration of access rights to Gazifère's CIS-Liaison with third party information technology (IT) and other service provider partners-Coordination of activities from design to software testing while evaluating IT changes communicated by affiliates in order to avoid any unwanted impact on the proper functioning of the systems in use- Liaison with internal customers in order to formalise and establish needs, facilitate change and propose potential solutions- Creation and maintenance of software and technical documentation- Produce and make available to the user community a variety of reports to meet informational needs

 S’occuper des multiples demandes et questions des clients au niveau de la facturation, du service et des urgences reliés au gaz naturel. Apaiser les clients contrariés et trouver les ressources nécessaires pour résoudre les diverses situations. Participer à garder un niveau de satisfaction client élevé. Personne ressource pour l’aide avec informatique, la formation de nouveaux employés, prise d’appels difficiles et questions diverses. Gérer et résoudre une moyenne de 280 appels par semaine. Expérience dans plusieurs départements incluant la répartition, la vente et le support informatique. Continuel développement d'outils HTML permettant une efficience accrue au niveau des différentes procédures du service à la clientèle.
