CurrentWhen I first stepped into this role in the middle of 2011 I spent a significant amount of time reworking our cultural foundation from a series of core values to a short handbook we’ve come to call the ANOVA Way. That process involved everyone in the organization and there was definitely a feel good moment upon completing the work. Living this culture day to day has proven to be the greater challenge. We get better every year and continue to build on a strong foundation. Other highlights of my tenure thus far include rebranding our core business, and supporting the manufacturing team in Missouri to achieve an OSHA SHARP designation from the state. Thus recognizing it as one of the safest and most safety conscious places to work in our industry.
