The Program Supervisor provides administrative oversight of assigned programs, and serves as the lead Program Supervisor in coordinating with the others in the designated program. The Program Supervisor supervises professional sta! and is accountable for program outcomes. Position complies with agency policies, applicable State laws and regulations, service contracts, and funding sources.

The program I work for is called the ASPIRE program that works with at risk youth on a daily basis and do our best to get them back into general education classes. Over the course of 5 years I have developed multiple programs to help many of our students get back onto the general education track and out of our program. As well as setting them up for success in college and applying for financial aid.

Over the course of a year I worked with a group of 25-30 students that were at risk of falling due to out of school/at home issues. I lead group counseling sessions once a week and met with these students one on one to help get them on track as well as develop a plan to help them manage their school work. After a few months I would do regular check ups on these students.
