The Omnichannel Manager is responsible for embedding eCommerce business operations into the way we manage customer development at Walmart, and rapidly growing Unilever’s omnichannel turnover and share. This role is responsible for specific categories within our Beauty & Personal Care division, Fashion, Grocery and home divisions . The Omni Mgr. collaborates with the team members from eCommerce and Digital Business Operations to develop an informed point of view on what is needed to drive eCommerce growth at Walmart. The Omni Mgr. engages with across the Walmart CD team and customer contacts responsible for Walmart’s eCommerce business to understand the main opportunities for Unilever’s growth on Walmart’s digital platforms, and the key jobs-to-be-done to drive commercial results for Unilever. In partnership with key CD team members, the Omni Mgr. determines the retailer-specific goals, areas of opportunity, JBP items, and solutions, and work across the Walmart CD team to execute and drive results. The Omni Mgr. also helps the team & the customer to apply the right assortment to the right omnichannel format across all categories – a critical component for success in this channel.

The Brand Delivery and Operations manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership for the operations of the store including financial controllables, workforce management, staffing, product lifecycle, merchandise presentation and cash wrap. The brand delivery and operations manager drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. The brand delivery and operations manager supports growth in sales and service and ensures maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.

To Drive Sales and Profit, provide Customer Service and , lead in Customer First Focus by managing Store Merchandising Execution, including SET Smart Execution, door to floor, pricing and signing, stockroom, restocking and recovery of the sales floor, and visual standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Directly responsible for ensuring the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning and expense control.
