Configured and implemented Veeva's CRM Salesforce platform along with enhancements, considering scalability and product releases. Collaborated with client field force management and IT teams to gather requirements and develop a solution that balances industry-best practices and customized processes, receiving a client-recognized award in 2022. Performed data migrations from legacy systems through file transfers and remapping exercises to ensure data continuity for existing field force teams

Worked with 5 other undergraduate students in collecting and analyzing data regarding VR, AR, and IoT technologies in relation to mmWave 5G through surveys, interviews, and research papers. We then used design thinking to outline a prototype aimed to incorporate 5G and VR technologies in an effort to alleviate the burdens caused by mental illnesses.

Worked as a student consultant to improve operational efficiency, specifically within the shipping department. Through the project, increased On-Time-Delivery Rates by following the Toyota Production System within the manufacturing industry. Implemented three countermeasures including a notification system, standardized shipping processes, and relabeling inventory.

Conducted market research and analysis concerning retail firms and their overall status, as well as their current usage of self-checkout technologies. Also researched and modified 5 APIs with Python to operate a RGB-D camera capable of creating 3-D models for potential future use in algorithms and data collection.

Researched blockchains and IoT with a team of students in an effort to examine the feasibility in using those technologies to improve pharmaceutical supply chains.

Directed a team of student consultants to create 2 articles supporting the firm’s concept of utilizing data analytics to behaviorally manage truck fleets.

Engineered a business to consumer division for a wholesale distributor firm by creating an e-commerce website and a Groupon Goods deal.

When I joined Learn to Speakout, the company was in the early stages of the startup phase. This meant there were a lot of new ideas and new creations, all designed to reach a target market. I helped the company progress by implementing new ideas and creating content, changing our strategies to match the current market.

I was a marketing intern as part of the Troy Tech program, a program designed to give students in our high school 150 hours worth of internship experience. As such, I had several duties in the company. The main duty was securing leads, which I did through cold-calling and my own way of viewing exhibitor lists in order to see who was interested. I also attended client meetings, worked with the building of the products, and attended large tradeshows such as E3
