September 2024 marks a jumping off point for my new life. In May 2024, I discovered & had a golf ball sized brain tumor removed. Over at least the last 15 years, it had been growing and gradually changing my neurochemistry in ways that, however temporarily, affected my personality profoundly. And it came within a couple of weeks of killing me. That provides sobering perspective.
