Designing the environmental strategy and action plans – Promotion and defence of industrial activities – Reporting to internal and external stakeholders - Management level: design, propose, implement the environmental strategy of the company at board or executive level (including recycling, resources efficiency, ISO 14001, chemicals, energy management).- Cross-functional team-working process: prepare, validate with teams the action plans. Then, coordination, follow-up with network of Environmental correspondents, involving various positions (marketing, QHSE, manufacturing, procurement, R&D) within the company.- Audits and technical visits (Environment, Safety, Energy).- Market intelligence: capture of market signals (customers, suppliers, authorities, internal forces…) to assess the risks and opportunities from environmental trends at processes and products levels.- Marketing/Promotion: strongly active especially in Europe in the defence and promotion of plastics pipes solutions, even other plastics products, through key selected trade associations.Titles & Mandates:o EU Standardisation• CEN TC 155 (Plastics piping systems and ducting systems) - Convener of the WG 27: Environmental Aspects (Since November 2015)o EU Commission• Member of the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) of the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) project (Since November 2013)o European Trade Associations• Representative of The European Plastics Pipes and Fittings Association (TEPPFA) towards the EU Commission for the PEF project (Since November 2013)• TEPPFA’s representative at Sustainability and Substances Committees of Construction Products Europe (CPE) (Since April 2014)• Eco-Platform – Vice President (September 2013 – May 2015)o National Trade Associations• French PVC Pipes & Fittings association (STR-PVC): Convener of the Environmental Committee (Since July 2011)• French Plastics Building Product Association (UPB): Convener of the Environmental Committee (Since July 2011)
