My primary professional focus is on helping passionate holistic medical professionals to flourish in their careers. I do this in my role as CEO and medical director at Watershed Wellness, as I work with my team members. I also do this in my coaching and consulting at Deepest Health / Whole Life Practitioner. This focus leads me to build mastery in a variety of fields related to business, organizational development, sociology and philosophy. I am particularly passionate about building stable and authentic business foundations and then using those foundations to build resonant marketing strategies that empower both the business owners and the communities they serve. I also have expertise in building technological and procedural systems that increase productivity and enable smoother customer interactions.On the medical side, I continue to have a strong passion for classical Chinese herbalism. I have begun to explore starting a small experimental Chinese herb farm and retreat center that would connect students, professionals, and interested members of the public to sensory and wilderness experiences that teach them about Chinese herbs, the Earth, and their own health.As ever, my focus is seeking professional opportunities and connections that are similarly complex and multi-valent.
