• Manage donors and donations using Donor Perfect CRM and related reporting systems and processes• Provide development assistance for local library, aiding with donations and related fundraising support. • Responsible for recording donations, updating donor records, and other general assistance. • Coordinate capital campaigns and ensure the Library works collaboratively with all stakeholders. • Develop and implement best practices for the Library foundation for fundraising and other functions. • Assist in the development of fundraising events and appeals processes related to donations.• Administer payroll, employee benefits, bank deposits, and other administrative functions.• Oversee donor management, campaign gift reports, and non-profit relations.• Identify potential donors for Board of Directors to contact throughout the years for potential donations. • Work with donors, board members, members of the public, and finance to ensure ongoing collaboration.• Assist with updating and maintenance of library technologies as needed to enhance proper resources. • Maintain ongoing fiduciary responsibility to ensure consistent compliance with all regulations.• Plan, organize and assist in general functions associated with library funding and related operations.• Present budget information and operational metrics to members of the board and the public. • Represent the interests of the library within the community to engage the public and donor relations.

• Own and operate local web site design and digital marketing company. • Create and maintain web sites and digital marketing for small businesses and non-profits.• Monitor multiple sites to ensure continuity of operations and ongoing effectiveness of website operations.• Perform routine software updates and assist with both minor and major software challenges. • Document routine operations and contact clients for incidents that arise outside of normal operations. • Update website pages, build new sites, assist with minor updates, and provide progress reports as needed. • Work with clients to identify specific needs, training, designing, and building sites to specific needs. • Create business solutions to solve marketing challenges and increase business revenues for clients. • Contact new and existing businesses to grow and retain clientele with new options and solutions. • Work with various software (e.g., WordPress, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.).
