• Developed and tested new methods of distributing various reports from the Mainframe applications via SMTP, this method was then deployed throughout the organization.
• Developed and installed new SE utility aids in ISPF that simplified complex unit testing for major application subsystems.
• Led Y2K remediation efforts for BSC which included the installing and maintenance of a replicated claims application for testing. This project included 24x7 on-call support for all application issues.
• Led SEI/CMM efforts for Camp Hill Claims support team which included several planning sessions with acting BSC CIO.
