Ensuring training to MILA interns regarding GSK products (Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines); Monitoring and ensuring daily the quality of the scientific content of responses sent to internal or external customers; Monitoring and ensuring follow-up of the standard procedures for submitting their responses to internal or external customers; Provision of scientific information to internal and external customers in Latin America; Literature searches in different databases; Finding full articles in full in centers or references databases; Revision and selection of scientific papers to be sent to customers; Attending to the medical information requests related to GSK products in a consistent, balanced, non-promotional, customer-focused and transparent manner through the Wisdom system; Ensuring the integrity of the information recorded in the operating system clearly and comprehensively; Informing the Name Safety Contact whenever there are signs or evidence of adverse events related to the GSK Vaccines and Pharma products; Identifying spontaneous adverse events and collect necessary information for the record, completely and in a clear way; Training new Medical Affairs’ employees and maintain refreshment training on processes and scientific content; Generate monthly and quarterly reports in relation to the service provided; Participation in International Scientific Congresses for the dissemination of the GSK Medical Information service.

Provision of medical and scientific information to external health professionals about GSK vaccines and related therapeutic areas through the CRM system; Search through the Wisdom system and scientific databases such as EMBASE and Scopus; Ensuring that the information sent is balanced, without promotional bias, and can contribute to an adequate decision-making regarding the therapeutics to be instituted; Interface with Medical Managers in assisting the collection of medical-scientific content for internal and external purposes; Identification and reporting of Adverse Events from health care professionals; Elaboration of quarterly metrics related to the medical information services provided; Participation in Scientific Congresses for the dissemination of the GSK Medical Information service.

Providing scientific and clinical information on GSK products for health care professionals from Latin America; Literature search in different databases, analyzing and selecting scientific papers to be sent to HCPs; Search for full text articles in centers and/or reference databases; Preparation of responses to medical information requests made by health care professionals containing all pre-defined legal specifications, the official position of GSK and/or scientific material support; Identification of spontaneous adverse events gathering all the necessary information for registration.Responsible for Medical Information related to immunological, oncology, vaccines and antiretrovirals products.

Scientific support in the areas of Cardiometabolism and General Medicine to Marketing, Patient Care, Regulatory Affairs and Legal; Preparation and evaluation of promotional materials; Update and Research of scientific information using different medical databases; Preparation of scientific answers to HCPs as well as preparation of newsletters with updated scientific literature related to the company's products.

Assistance to the users of the academic pharmacy, and participation in the production of medicines, quality control, quality assurance, and pharmaceutical guidance for rational drug use.
