Enterprise Recruiting serves state agencies by provide recruiting consultation and digital/social media recruiting services. I work to develop the State of Wisconsin's employment brand, attract talent to difficult to fill positions, and manage the Wisc.Jobs brand on social media. In addition, I am involved in developing the state's recruiting strategy, using advanced analytics and research for a data driven strategy. I utilize Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Create Cloud, SharePoint to execute Enterprise Recruiting's strategy.

Wisconsin, Minnesota And Iowa

Kwik Trip operates in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin, and as Recruiting Manager I am involved in overseeing Retail, Support and Production recruitment activities, and developing Kwik Trip's recruiting and talent acquisition strategy. This includes leading a team of 21 skilled recruiters to ensure that we are meeting the staffing needs of a rapidly growing company. At Kwik Trip, I completed a project management certification course, and developed project management skills navigating the transition from the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to SuccessFactors ATS. As Recruiting Manager, I was responsible for working with the training department to ensure training materials were effective, for change management, and for supporting the ATS post rollout.

In addition to my recruiting responsibilities I also supervise our team of Co-worker Recruiters that recruit for our stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. I'm responsible for performance management, approving advertising expenses, coordinating assignments and assisting with budgeting.

Southern Wisconsin

As a recruiter with Kwik Trip I am responsible for attracting top talent by educating people about all that Kwik Trip has to offer. Kwik Trip is currently growing at a rate of 30+ locations per year, as a result I stay busy helping Store Leaders staff these new locations. To do this we coordinate staffing events for these locations to give applicants a great opportunity to sit down with area hiring leaders. As a recruiter I also get involved in assisting existing stores with their hiring needs. I post requistions, help coordinate advertising and prescreen and interview candidates for Store Leaders. As Store Leader, I was responsible for day to day operations including, growing sales, controlling expenses, managing inventory, training and employee development, and profit/loss outcomes.

I was responsible for operations of a district of 8-12 stores (depending on my assignment).
