Increased efficiency 10-20% while dialing in the brewhouse, which required rewriting some recipes (and saving some money!). CIP/SIP of tanks and equipment. Implemented cleaning and maintenance schedules and wrote new SOPs. Point person for maintenance and plant issues and coordinating with outside vendors. Modified the knock out, yeast and dry hopping procedures to incorporate New England-style methods with the goals of increasing aroma, increasing yield and decreasing hop and yeast cost. Running (possibly the world’s smallest and cutest) GEA Separator. Mastering every position on a canning line that includes a 6 head CODI filler and seamer, de-palletizer, sleever, warming table and Filtec low-fill detector. Playing pallet Tetris with the fork lift. Inventory and scheduling management with Ekos.
