About Eric Hazen

I've been developing electronic instrumentation for over 40 years. I founded the EDF at Boston University and under my leadership the EDF has built many large and small systems for scientific research groups. I participate extensively in collaborations at the Large Hadron Collider (CERN, Geneva) and smaller research groups throughout the world.I specialize in mixed-signal and mixed-technology systems, using a combination of good old-fashioned analog design, DSP techniques, high-performance programmable logic and embedded processors.I have extensive programming experience in assembly and high-level languages, multilayer PCB design experience, and utilize the VHDL language for logic design.
