Within the role of Commercial Director for the Precision Solutions business unit I’m the strategic leader responsible for driving Prodrive Technologies' commercial success. Our Precision Solutions business unit is focused around all technologies relating to high-end motion solutions and advanced cameras. Within this role I develop and execute the global sales and marketing strategy, overseeing all revenue-generating activities. Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals.* Lead and manage a high-performing sales and account team.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.* Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.* Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.* Oversee pricing strategy and ensure profitable sales growth.* Contribute to the development of Prodrive's product roadmap.
