Provides specialized project management, business analysis, data analysis and reporting expertise within the Degree Audit and Academic Programs team.Build and maintain data integrations between the Student Information System (SIS) and the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) that perform create, read, update, and delete database operations.

• Product Owner of the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS), used for advising, degree clearance, analysis, and reporting of over 1,000,000 audits requested each year.• Manages a team of 4 Software Engineers, directs project prioritization, leads backlog refinement, and ensures sprint goals are aligned with office priorities. • Responsible for conducting campus-wide training, overseeing user experience research, auditing functional operations, and setting software development priorities around new features and operational health• Oversee all academic structure, course catalog, and academic calendar maintenance including supervision of 2 academic staff responsible for implementing academic/curricular changes.• Translate business needs and technical specifications for degree audit, curriculum, and academic catalogsystems between IT developers, functional administrators, external product vendors, and campus end-users.

• Oversaw all administrative aspects of the School of Human Ecology graduate programs—including assessment plans, scholarship appropriations, curriculum and graduate assistantship assignments.• Designed and maintained relational databases for tracking and reporting graduate student academic progress, scholarship and employment data.• Primary resource for graduate students and faculty in interpreting department, School, and University policies.• Coordinated the SoHE Graduate Research Scholars program—a fellowship program for supporting high-achieving underrepresented graduate students.• Developed and implemented strategies to increase diversity in the recruited student applicant pool.
