I am currently a consultant to clients needing advice on projects within their homes concerning high-end audio, video and smart-home solutions.My projects have ranged from small condos, to large mansions and small businesses. Strategic planning, research and development of Thermographic Imaging pilot.

As the chief architect and strategist of our field marketing department, I was responsible for installing an effort to organically create company revenue. This was done primarily via targeting potential consumers within specified territories or sponsored tradeshow events. The critical components of this role were the creation and execution of, my department’s annual budget, our protocol and procedure, all tracking and reporting methods, employee acquisition and termination, new hire (onboarding, training and development) and weekly think-tank sessions with company executives to further our growth strategy. During my tenure at the company, I worked under the direct supervision of both our company President and Senior Vice President.(Currently working with them on a contract basis.)

Confidently welcomed prospective customers into a T-Mobile retail location to assist them with making purchases related to their needs. My job description also included, assessing existing customers accounts for the purpose of enhancing their experience by making expert recommendations

Efficiently executed a detailed plan to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities within the Montgomery County territory. As an Account Manager, it was my responsibility to develop relationships with business owners, facilities managers, building engineers etc. to establish our position as the premier option for their pest control needs. I also conducted trainings and gave presentations representing our brand at staff meetings, tradeshows and conventions on behalf of Orkin. As a self-starter, I have consistently hit and exceeded the targets set by my branch superiors.

Aggressively sold Comcast products and services within targeted territories of residential customers. I was also responsible for promoting the Comcast brand and winning back previous customers along with new account acquisitions. Attention to detail was especially important due to the large number of accounts I managed and the multi-step process involved. I consistently achieved aggressive sales goals set by my superiors and increased sales revenue by growing a strong pipeline.

Managed a sales team of 10 employees to proudly represent the Sprint Nextel brand and its product’s benefits in comparison to our competitors. As a sales team lead, my primary focus was the attainment of 100% team compliance toward our monthly targets and satisfaction ratings. Success was achieved through consistency in coaching, training, accountability and was measured by monthly/quarterly quota targets. Collaboration among senior staff members was an essential strategy in the pursuit of driving new business organically.

By maintaining extended familial accounts, as their “go to guy”, I extrapolated on my sales stream by gaining word of mouth business.
