I have worked in Customer Service since 2000. Working with the general public in various industries such as food service & retail to working for private businesses as security & child care.I have 20 years of experience in the security industry.  Working a variety of job sites, from solo posts at a construction site to supervising a multi-post site with 18+ officers.  I've worked on all shifts, in various blocks of time.  I have worked in an office setting, school events, community events, religious events, military/government sites (at one point held a Top Secret clearance).  I've interviewed, trained, mentored, disciplined and terminated individuals.   I've taken part in creating a schedule then restructuring said schedule to accommodate the job or the officers.I have 6 years of experience in retail/customer service, working with the general public assisting guests find items within the store, reach/find/move items that are not readily available on the sales floor, assisting with loading purchases into vehicles.  In private business I acted as a receptionist or ambassador for the companies, greeted guests, contacting host/employee, assisted with key/badge/site access and was a deterrent for unwanted visitors/solicitors/persons not authorized past the lobby.  I have taken part in multi department video/phone meetings with different levels of the team.For the better part of 10 years I have volunteered at my children's school during PTA events and field trips day/overnight as well as general classroom help.  I have a CPR certification, I have been subject to numerous background/credit checks for my various job sites.Various skills sets I possess and use almost daily; Use of Softwares such as word, spreadsheet, power point, PDF maker/editor, email, messaging software, cloud storage and video conference. I've also have training and experience with a variety of surveillance/access control systems.
