In my role, I provided a safe environment through my physical presence and calm demeanor. I was the point of contact for employees and patrons during emergency situations. I coordinated with first responders and provided support when needed.- I was involved in hundreds of de-escalation situations throughout my career, including situations where weapons were brandished.
