Built the Analyst role from the ground up as a liaison between departments, helping teams navigate obstacles and simplify communication. Uniformed Security. My core role was to provide a safe and secure environment for Target's shoppers and employees. I reported to my Security manager and my Undercover assistant manager. In my role, I provided a safe environment through my physical presence and calm demeanor. I was the point of contact for employees and patrons during emergency situations. I coordinated with first responders and provided support when needed.- I was involved in hundreds of de-escalation situations throughout my career, including situations where weapons were brandished.
