Built the Analyst role from the ground up as a liaison between departments, helping teams navigate obstacles and simplify communication. Reported Directly to the head of Operations and General Manager.I was tasked by Operations to streamline and improve performance from 3 key departments. Vehicle fleet, Warehouse, and Office administration. I facilitated all kick-off meetings between the production teams and sales managers. I drove the process to build a new role within the service department and build a new warehouse team. General Management required that I be a proactive resource to solve pain points and roadblocks between departments or individuals and find the most efficient solution. I provided input and detailed information on any systemic problems or serious conflicts to general management for support.- Overhauled vehicle fleet operations implementing key safety standards, lines of communication, and vehicle life cycle processing. Providing a voice of accountability to the department.- Oversaw the full pipeline process of the new warehouse buildout, equipment implementation, vendor selection for the execution of more and build, as well as the new hire of the warehouse manager.- Created communication systems between the warehouse team and both production and service departments. - Became the point of contact for the majority of inter-department conflicts and brought stronger accountability to each department and the relationships between them.- Prepared reports on the fleet, warehouse, logistics, and internal project developments for the branch management team, utilizing data and research from appropriate systems.- Guided multiple peers on their career growth.Skills:- Accountability- Organization- Company Building- Vetting and Hiring- Patience-Mentorship
