Escalation point for all production support, production mapping, and development across a global team organization. Also responsible for working with client executives in process improvement and high visibility project management. Additional responsibilities include cross functional and departmental process development and client management.

• Support of Managed Services clients in multiple environments within Sterling Commerce. • Owens Corning E-Commerce and SAP support (both on-site and remote)• EDI solution integration and level 1and 2 support. • End-user support for data analysis, trouble shooting, and transaction verification. • On-Call support of all Managed Services clients on a rotational basis. • Various levels of new partner and client implementation; including translation, communications, testing, and project management.

• Support of Managed Services clients in multiple environments within Sterling Commerce. • EDI solution integration and level 1 support. • End-user support for data analysis, trouble shooting, and transaction verification. • Create documentation for SLC/SLDC, project scope, integration, testing, and small project management. • Process analysis and process improvement. • EDI solution integration using Mercator Business Solutions (DataStage TX). • SQL server maintenance and setup in a UNIX environment. • Writing of technical training manuals and user guides for new system roll outs. • Disaster Recovery (DR) process analysis, improvement, and documentation.

• Analyze and resolve partner issues regarding the EDI implementation• Communicate (written & verbally) setup issues to trading partners in order to act in accordance with ANSI X12 Standards• Utilize Microsoft Project to create timelines for current and upcoming projects• Provide customer service and technical support to internal and external clients• Maintain existing EDI maps as well as new map development. • Provides “hands-on” management and coordination of full cycle TLE 6.0 and SAP Implementation for EDI X12 documents and EDI web partners• Analyze and resolve translation errors in TLE• Manage the SAP Workflow error repository by researching and analyzing setup and technical issues as it relates to a purchase orders and confirmations (855 and 856)• Develop and execute training for both internal customers as well as the Sales Force. • Process analysis and improvement to streamline the running of the business. • Data mining and analysis within both the Unix environment as well as Data Warehouse. • Business Analysis to determine the need for additional resources and/or processes. • Customer service, including order entry, order error resolution, shipment tracking, and delivery issues. • Credit and collections for both institutional and distributor accounts in Texas, Ohio, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. • Problem management and resolution in regards to customer credit and delivery issues.
