Serve as head coach for the Biglerville High School Baseball team, develop players, create offseason plans, create practice plans, recruit players, manage budget, lead fundraising efforts, create lineups, nurture talent, and develop player’s skills.Focused on changing the culture within the baseball program, school district, and community. Important that everyone buys into the winning mindset and focus.Hiring and building a coaching staff for the Varsity and Junior Varsity teamsDeliver coaching and mentoring to student athletes concentrating on the importance of success in the classroom. Baseball players have a 100% graduation rate and an overall 3.4+ GPA since I became Head Baseball Coach.Work with players interested in playing at the collegiate level by creating highlight videos, contacting college coaches, scheduling visits, making plans to overcome weaknesses, explaining scholarships and grants, and evaluating depth charts and how that translates into playing opportunities.Inherited a team in 2023 that hadn’t been to playoffs or won a division title in more than a decade. In 2024, my second season, we won the division title, going 9-1 in division play, made playoffs and won a playoff game, eventually losing to last year’s state runner-up.I was named 2024 York Coach of the Year
