Personal entrepreneur project started on May 2015 and which became formal and properly constituted on 2016 as a Mexican productive rural corporation; leader on commercialization of blue agave crops mainly sold for Tequila industry. As CEO, I’m in charge for the company departments of sales, production, legal, finance and accounting.My main responsibilities are to follow up and close of company sales with customers, review and surveillance of design, implementation and governance of proper and effective strategies focused on the optimal performance of finances, operation, and sales of the company, as well as the resources usage, reporting results to corporation shareholders. My duties are the presentation of the company annual business plan, annual financial statements, and oversight and involvement on compliance of different regulations to which the processes of the company are required to comply for government institutions, as well as internal control and equity record updates.

Public manufacturing Japanese company listed in Tokyo’s Stock Exchange, leader in cutting tools industry with application on Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Aerospace industries; Corporate offices are based in Japan and regional corporate in USA. As a corporate Controller I have under my responsibility all 3 companies of our group (two of them are manufacturing and the other one is leasing).My main duties are the design, implementation, administration and follow up of effective strategies focused on finances, operation and sales improvement of all group companies, reporting results to worldwide corporate in Japan, to regional corporate in US and to presidency in Mexico. Additionally, it is my responsibility the report of consolidated financial statements, planning and review of the annual budget, and the observing and complying with different regulations, to which factories are required to meet for different regulatory government institutions.
