• Advice the company on IT policy and strategy including emerging IT trends.• Troubleshoot both hardware, software and network infrastructure.• Ensure routine maintenance on all computers and computer related equipment.• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of VOIP (IP telephony).• Design the network and its implementation.• Oversee the implementation of new projects or systems e.g. implementation of ERP Solutions.• Provide network accounts and passwords as required.• Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.• Administer server, network management and monitor branch network (WAN, LAN, BROADBAND)• Install and deploy system and application software for the company• Maintain accurate and current inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.• Ensure installation of lock out programs• Implement LAN/WLAN design corporate solutions i.e. configuring IP routing DHCP, Access points.• Configuration of Wireless Routers, and Switches for point to multipoint MPLS and Internet.• Troubleshooting of client links and resolving network problems.• Work closely with users to define, and plan, technology solutions that are specific to their needs.• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of IP Cameras.

 Setting up and troubleshooting point to point LAN connections. Setting up MPLS connections on user’s machines. Configuration of Nanostation for point to multipoint and Internet. Maintaining LAN connections. Hardware and Software installation. Hardware repair i.e. computer and Printer etc.

 Configuring corporate WAN network service i.e. L2/L3 switching and routing, VLAN, EIGRP, IP, MPLS, P2P networks links WiMAX, BESPOKE or Fiber in the last mile. Implement LAN/WLAN design corporate solutions i.e. configuring IP routing DHCP, APs and DMZs. Configuration of Cisco Routers, Firewalls and Switches for point to multipoint and Internet. Troubleshooting of client links and resolving network problems. Work closely with customers to define, and plan, technology solutions that are specific to their needs. Determine need for technical escalation.
