Dirigir, administrar y mejorar todos los departamentos involucrados en la empresa que permitían la comercialización de granos y semillas como lo son el maíz, el trigo, el sorgo, coordinar los diferentes procesos para los servicios de almacenaje y conservación de los granos, coordinar y mejorar los procesos de los servicios que ofrecemos a los agricultores para la cadena de suministro para su siembra, desarrollo de estrategias para la mejora de la empresa, planeación estratégica, mejora continua, supervisar procesos, relaciones laborales, atención a clientes y proveedores , negociaciones con nuevos clientes, toma de decisiones, relaciones laborales y publicas, análisis de situaciones y solución a ellas, análisis y planeación financiera y creación y desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.

I own the AG Inventory Coordinator role in System X division, coordinating and managing the different movements to achieve the WW Inventory System X targets executing activities based on the Client & Solutions, implementing activities as interplant material rebalancing, scrap and broker process every quarter, daily inventory analysis and tracking, creating inventory summary reports, files and presentations at an executive level. Coordinating inventory movements in Guadalajara and Monterrey for the X series project, working with different international broker and scrap companies like GARS, Triathlon, Smith and Associates, TCG and Jiyuan driving the sell in the broker/scrap process in order to decrease the excess and inventory. I also help to the disposition and tracking of the inventory in Raleigh, U.S. and Canada in the return center of the system X project.I participated in the transition project from IBM to Lenovo and also in the manufacturing intercompany transition from Lenovo GDL to Lenovo MTY helping in all the inventory related activities like material disposition, shipping material, and logistic warehouses.
