Was responsible for the following:Shoretel/3COM phone systems to associate over 35 sites and a mesh infrastructure for DR. Deployed the Communicator software to allow our remote users the ability to make "desk" calls via their laptops/pc's over VPN connections. Complex workgroups, hunt groups and route points were setup to increase call continuity to 2nd and 3rd tier personnel. Implemented the completion of the electronic faxing solution to all sites to allow for remote and off site users the ability to fax and receive faxes electronically. This cut down on hardware and paper costs per site. Used Exchange to manager mailbox permissions and send on behalf rules per user. This also allowed the ability to fax from smartphones thus giving each employee a "plugged in" feel and gave us another facet to our business model for travelling employees.Managed the entire wireless inventory in addition to our mobile data solution for procurement, device managements and server maintenance. Restructed 2 entire accounts for the most effective cost savings per line and eradicated the need for aircard devices once we were able to introduce the hotspot feature. The savings alone and management hassle was a godsend and we could monitor all usage through one device vice two and it gave us an accountability per user we never had. Managed our web conferencing solution for sites and managers that regularly conducted online training or had the need to gather remote employees for conference calls without having to be in the office to conduct said meetings. For onsite screen sharing, we introduced the Crestron Airmedia devices that allow meeting hosts to share the screen and conduct web meetings and attendees could see all shared material via Remote View. This became the current standare for onsite presentations/meetings as it all done wirelessly and was done in a matter of seconds via a prior VGA connection that was not reliable and didn't offer flexibility.
