Acts as a single point of contact for assigned clients throughout the customer life cycle. Independently identifying and resolving client issues; utilizing experience/knowledge of bank transmissions and electronic payment channels to address complex technical issues for the client. Acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services to meet client needs; collecting and analyzing client information and trends to recommend products or services that best meet client needs; visiting clients on-site to deliver Service Reviews and offer opportunities for improvement; providing leadership and guidance to less experienced team members; establishing timelines and tracking ongoing projects to meet established deadlines; providing quality review of complex implementations. May participate with product team to define, document and recommend new products
