Recruited from Princess Cruises to set up a brand-new Photography Department for Carnival Australia. Created SOP’s and aligned with the different revenue departments reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Hired, trained, and coached a team of photographers and videographers from all around the world. Purchased all machinery and created a training and maintenance plan.
