-Manage and run pantry services programCollect end user feedback on changes and overall program successManage Aramark onsite staff to ensure all kitchens are up to convoy standardsProject manage new installs of equipment in coordination with construction vendors Creation of and adherence to pantry services program budget and goals-Manage and run janitorial services programManage janitorial team, 3-5 janitors at any given timeCreation and adherence to janitorial program budgetConduct cleaning audits to ensure services are up to Convoy standardsDevelop and manage quarterly cleaning schedules for deep cleans of carpets and furniture. -Manage and run catering programManage Lish catering for CSQ/ On Safari for USBC (over 1500 meals served a week)Work with vendors on menu creation and adherence to Convoy dietary standards.Coordinate with building management for both USBC/CSQ on changes to program as needed based on event size.-Manage and run happy hours + company morale eventsManage Workplace team side of all company morale eventsManage and run entirety of monthly happy hour programScheduling and booking of key company morale events vendors (Catering/entertainment/cleaning)Creation and publication of all company communications/Seattle communications for morale events. -Manage and run office supply programCreation and management of office supply standards as company needs evolveStocking and inventory management in all office supply areas at CSQ/USBC sites-Facilities projectsProject management of Workplace projects related to the above listed programs. Electrical/data/plumbing/janitorial-Front desk support2x weekly support of front desk duties as needed
