Coaching and developing trading skills for local retail partners on a day to day basis.• Lead the TR UK store team, from rota planning to performance management and salary planning / P&L impact. Enable stores to execute events in line with relevant marketing plans.• Work with all departments to develop strong business support. Key internal stakeholder departments include Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Global Sales Education.
