Program Manager Senior
CurrentDuties: Serve as the Program Manager for identified client conversion activities managing end-to-end conversion (Online, Prescreen, Account Review, Fraud) or identified strategic initiative projects. Understand the framework and business processes necessary to complete successful conversion. Rally resources as needed to meet timelines and business requirements. Escalate issues and work through identified resolution. Identify, review, and deliver all necessary reports for project status and executive awareness. Lead project update calls with clients, documenting and tracking all action items, incorporating necessary partners as needed for planning, delivery, and execution. Originate actions to improve existing conditions, processes, and communication. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Experian Sales team and other internal team members. Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and Experian solutions/products, as well as their integration and methods of delivery/deployment and ongoing support.
