Specifically, I perform financial modeling for nonprofit affordable housing development organizations to acquire and develop affordable housing across the country; I have worked with CDFIs to lend or invest over $100 million in affordable housing or community development projects; Lastly, I have used statistical and geospatial analysis to help organizations and public agencies understand where and how to leverage resources. Lastly, being a low-income first-generation college student myself, I have developed programming to support students from this demographic to attain a college education.
