Erick Martin (CPA - Canada and USA) is Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Realty ONE Group (ROG). Erick’s expertise is in leading accounting and finance departments in the areas of financial reporting, FP&A, systems implementation, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, treasury, data analysis, payroll, and AR/AP, as well as working directly with the CFO/COO and CEO on managing financial challenges and capitalizing on business and operational opportunities. With his extensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and FP&A, he delivers financial statements for ROG and its several affiliates for their statutory and regulatory audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. Prior to joining ROG, Erick was an Accounting Manager in Houston and Phoenix for Hines, an international corporate real estate investment and development company. He started his accounting career with KPMG as a senior auditor in Calgary and Houston.Erick is proud to serve as treasurer on the board of ONE Cares, ROG’s philanthropic foundation, which aims to support local communities through initiatives, including volunteering, fundraising, and community outreach programs. Realty ONE Group Cares has partnered with numerous non-profit organizations to provide aid and support to those in need, with a focus on causes related to health, education, and housing.
