This helped to reduce non-conformances. These were resolved and closed out within 6 months before the energization of the substation. +There were no Lost Time Incidents (LTI) for this Project and zero road accidents were recorded against RXPE when some other stakeholders recorded dozens of incidents.+Developed key project documents including Method statements, Execution plans, Progress Reports with Technical, Financial, and Risk elements for the consultant’s approval. In addition, I also shared a weekly report to the entire project team including to our offices in China and UK informing and escalating tasks that needed swift decision making thus ensuring teamwork leading to consistent project progress. +Communicated project objectives to contractors and suppliers. Reviewed the performance of the construction supervisors and the contractors and took appropriate action where improvements were required. By consistently pursuing compliance to standards, procedures, and work plans, the claims against RXPE remained at zero throughout the project life cycle.
